Chef John Manzo, Owner of Be My Guest Personal Chef & Catering, has been in the food industry for 30+ years working at several different restaurants as an Executive Chef. Some places you may have heard of or are familiar with are Novita (previously located in Metuchen, NJ), Woodstack (Pinebrook), and Red Star(NY), and many more. 

 

Chef Manzo was a Metuchen resident for over 6 years and his business, Be My Guest PCS, started out with just him working for a few select clients out of his home kitchen. Fast forward to today, his newly built kitchen is located at 21 Station Place in Downtown Metuchen (America's Best Main Street Award winner).

 

Chef John is dedicated to keeping people of the grocery store and kitchen so they can have more time for themselves, friends and family - whether it's by providing you with fresh weekly prepped meals, or catering your next event, or dinner party. Chef John's number one goal is to make his clients vision come true.
