Everything will come panned, either raw or half cooked for your grill master to run the show or have one of Be My Guests Chefs run the grill for you

BMG Chef will man the grill for you for 4 hours ($400) (1 hour needed just for set up) and supply appropriate chafing dishes, platters, bowl and serving utensils needed. Each additional hour would be $50

BMG will supply a tent over the grill and tables for the food (2)

Client will be responsible for table coverings (2), (clean) grill, propane or any grill rental, if needed
